AdPower Large

When my friend introduced this AdPower sticker to me, i thought it was a hoax, or just a joke. “How can a sticker add on horse power to your engine?” Sounds like selling snake oil. However, I’ve decided to try it after my friend tested and proven the effect can be felt immediately after application (simple as pasting it on). I ordered and tried it on my Toyota Harrier Turbo. Honestly, we cannot expect a world of difference in the engine performance, but i could feel some noticeable improvement in my car.

There was a slight increase in low end performance, the car could move off faster from stop without stepping on the accelerator as much as before. The rolling speed (without depressing accelerator) was faster, and the car seem to move a lot further before gradually stopping. It feels like a lesser rolling resistance. The sound of the high rev pickup seems more controlled and mellow, while giving you that acceleration at the same time. I feel that there is an improved engine performance that results from a more efficient combustion. However, i did not observe significant fuel savings in my case but i guess it’s subjective to individuals and how the accelerator pendal is being “used”.

Overall, i would recommend this product to anyone whom enjoys little upgrades to their rides, enjoys driving and likes to observe little changes to your engine performance and ride most of the time.

P.S. I have also tried AdPower Sonic and it works great too for my car audio. :)
